EXCHANGE POLICY 

 

**Please note: SALE items are final no exchanges or returns accepted.**

Amy Nicole is a made to order brand and due to this we run an Exchange Only policy.


We are more than happy to accept exchanges on any garment that is unworn and with all security tags and labels intact. Your exchange must be dispatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you.

 

If you place a custom order with us, we will not be able to offer an exchange for your order as the garment(s) will be specifically tailored to you. 


It is important to note that the shipping costs incurred in sending your item(s) back to us are not covered by Amy Nicole. Please be aware, it is the customers responsibility to ensure we receive your exchange therefore, we strongly advise sending your item(s) back using a tracked service as any lost orders will not be exchanged. 


Amy Nicole will cover the shipping costs incurred in sending your new item(s) to you once your original order arrives back with us. 

 

You can exchange your order for any other size or item, permitted the fabric is stock, and we will send the new item(s) at no extra cost to you once we receive the original order. 


If the item you want to exchange for is less than the original order amount, store credit will be given for the remaining balance. This will be emailed to you in the form of a store credit code which you can use at checkout before your next purchase. You can use your store credit at any time, we do not put a time limit on this. 


If the item you want to exchange for exceeds the original order amount, a gift card will need to be purchased for the difference. Please let us know if you have made the purchase at hello@byamynicole.com
